As I am from an island, seafood has always been a huge part of my family’s menu. So, I love seafood. My favourite dish is octapus on BBQ with olive oil, parsley, salt and pepper. It’s delicious!
So, when I visited a fishing village in Ghana I had to try their fresh fish. And, it was one of the tastiest fish I’ve ever tried:)
