Once upon a time people were conquering the world and the sea with massive battleships. Nowadays, the feeling of taking over the seas, and exploring new worlds is long gone. Or at least in the old way of colonising and gaining new territories. However, the feeling of winning over the wind and sail to other places is still evident to many people around the world, especially islanders or people who live near the coast.
A while ago I visited the town of Lymington in the county of Dorset in England, and we had the chance to see sailors conquering the wind to reach the Isle of Wight.
